aiheke Island Smokehouse offers hot and cold smoked seafood and products that have been infused with our unique marinades and smoked using native New Zealand hardwood.
Located on beautiful Waiheke Island, just 35 minutes by ferry from downtown Auckland, Waiheke Island smokehouse was established in 2010 by two families who have a love of smoked foods and a passion to provide the finest quality smoked foods to the local market and visitors to the island.
Our chefs use the freshest ingredients and New Zealand's finest seafood sourced locally when available and prepared under strict quality control guidelines. Our gourmet range of products includes:
